Avaya is aiming to boost sales across the EMEA region with a new marketing program, called MarketLeaders, which also offers marketing training for partners to build in-house marketing expertise and generate sales leads.

The MarketLeaders program offers a range of customisable marketing services and pre-packaged campaigns, covering topics such as Unified Communications, IP Telephony, Small Medium Business and Contact Centers.

The program can be used selectively to build awareness, create demand, nurture existing customers or develop new relationships. MarketLeaders also offers training resources including guides on marketing best practices that can be used to scale up or complement the existing in-house marketing skills and resources of all Avaya partners.

MarketLeaders delivers all the materials needed to run bespoke campaigns according to business needs. Channel partners can engage their Avaya channel marketing manager and identifying the target audience, and then step back while MarketLeaders develops the campaign, manages the production, roll-out and follow up.

Campaigns can currently be executed in any language, all languages are available on demand. All campaigns are co-branded and packaged for each partner and can include items such as emails, direct mail, web landing pages, online registration, appointment setting, telemarketing and events management.

As part of the MarketLeaders education program a series of 'How To' marketing guides is also available free of charge. Topics include building marketing plans, leveraging social, media and search engine marketing. Guides are written and endorsed by industry-leading marketing organisations.

Avaya has trialed MarketLeaders successfully in several markets across the EMEA region and early feedback from users is positive.
