Distributor of IT security and Internet technology solutions Computerlinks is set to launch a suite of virtualisation services to its channel partners.
The services, which include Capacity Planning, Design and Implementation, have been added to the Professional Services portfolio in direct response to demand from resellers.
The distributor will provide a combination of knowledge and additional resource to better equip partners while offering higher margins when recommending virtualisation solutions across vendors such as Citrix, Microsoft, The Virtual Machine Company and VMware.
The services will, initially, be available to resellers in the UK and Ireland, with the plan to deliver globally in the future.
Kathryn Miller, Professional Services Manager at Computerlinks, said: "As the business case for virtualisation is now well-accepted, resellers are under increasing pressure to deliver solutions that are carefully planned to meet their clients' specific needs.
