Call Recording and quality monitoring software firm ComputerTel has partnered with mobile call recording specialist Obsidian Wireless, to create an integrated ‘in box' mobile voice recording solution.
ComputerTel's call recording system shares a core hardware platform with Obsidian's technology, which means that the Obsidian Mobile Interface Gateway plugs directly into the ComputerTel server, without the need for a separate interface.
Dave Brown, Chief Operating Officer of Obsidian Wireless, stated:
"Our two technologies are compatible and form a fully integrated combined solution which offers a more seamless and resilient option for the customer."
He noted that ComputerTel is not only a key technology partner, but also a sales partner that will take Mobile Compliance Suite into new and existing client opportunities.
Philip Haynes, Managing Director of ComputerTel, added: "The addition of the Obsidian mobile recording as an integrated module of our recording solution allows us to provide complete cover of a company's total recording requirements. To further enhance the mobile Voice and SMS recording the Mobile Compliance Suite covers all messaging and voice communications."
"The good thing about social media, especially for smaller comms resellers, is that it's free. Particularly in times like this when budgets are tight, social media should definitely be an avenue for resellers to pursue."
