Business telecoms service provider OneBill Telecom has appointed Lee Sutch as Head of the OneBill Telecom brand. His appointment comes after the migration of OneBill's customers onto XLN Telecom's platform in August, following the acquisition of the business by XLN early last year.
Sutch' remit is to expand the dealer channel and recruit additional partners.
He has over 20 years of experience within the telecoms dealer channel - working first at Martin Dawes Telecommunications within the mobile dealer channel and then helping to set up Opal's fixed line dealer channel.
Christian Nellemann, Group CEO of XLN Telecom, commented: "Resellers are vital in this market and we have some exciting developments planned for them. We look forward to Lee expanding this important channel."
Sutch added: "The OneBill Telecom business is entirely geared around putting the OneBill service right at the heart of our Partners' businesses."
According to OneBill, the OneBill ordering tool effectively offers partners a real-time order delivery and fulfilment service when signing up new customers. The OneBill in-house verifications team manage all of the contractual element of the customer sign-up.
Reseller partners are able to create new customer accounts immediately and track order progress through to the individual week that payment will be made.
