Call recording functionality is driving sales of a new range of Jabra headsets from GN Netcom, the sweet spot being touch screen technology.
Distributors Nimans and Rocom say the ability to record conversations from a touch screen interface is fuelling demand for the Jabra GO 6400 and PRO 9400 series.
Call recording is accessed by pressing an icon on the touch screen when a call is in progress from either a desk or mobile phone.
Malcolm Swords, Jabra Headset Specialist at Nimans and Rocom, said: "Call recording is proving a big selling point as it provides resellers with an easy to use solution to offer their customers across many different industries, from the legal and financial professions to more general corporate sectors, generating lots of additional sales opportunities."
He noted that the Jabra GO 6400 and Jabra PRO 9400 series allow workers to benefit from increased productivity by using a single headset for desk, soft and mobile phones which can be controlled and managed via a touch screen base.
"The good thing about social media, especially for smaller comms resellers, is that it's free. Particularly in times like this when budgets are tight, social media should definitely be an avenue for resellers to pursue."
