Two new recruits and a key promotion have repositioned Xtel for the next growth phase. This fast-growing company has broadened its operational capacity with the promotion of Malcolm Morrison to Operations Director. He was previously Operations and Customer Services Manager, overseeing the engineering, customer services and indirect support teams.
The appointment of David Moncaster as Head of Sales and Bruce Bedford as Regional Sales Manager brings valuable experience from senior management positions within Eurotel and 4Comm respectively.
Moncaster commented: "The opportunity within Xtel is massive. It has an appetite for structured growth, and I was impressed with the ‘Blueprint for Success' which clearly sets out its plans for the future. That was a compelling reason for both myself and Bruce to come onboard."
Adrian Jackson, MD of Xtel Communications, added: "Xtel have gone from strength to strength over the last couple of years despite an ever changing financial economy, achieving over 100% growth in the last financial year. These key changes to the management team will support our plans for growth."
