Red Box scoops Kosovo Energy Corporation contract

Red Box Recorders has won a contract to provide Kosovo Energy Corporation, the sole power corporation in the Republic of Kosova, with a voice recording solution for a new call centre facility.

Red Box will develop and implement the voice recording solution and provide a 40-channel recorder that integrates with the call centre's Cisco IP telephony platform.

Cisco posts solid Q2 results

Networking giant Cisco has reported a strong set of Q2 results for the period ended January 28th, 2012. The firm notched up net sales of $11.5bn, net income on a generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) basis of $2.2bn (or $0.40 per share), and non-GAAP net income of $2.6 billion or $0.47 per share.
